Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 (tablespoon) grill seasoning blend
  • 1 (teaspoon) ground cumin
  • 1 (tablespoon) worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (tablespoon) red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 (cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (pound) flank steak

Directions

  1. Combine garlic, grill seasoning blend, cumin, worchestershire sauce, red wine vinegar and whisk in olive oil. Pour over flank steak in a zip top bag. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or longer if desired.
  2. Before grilling, sprinkle with salt and pepper so it will form a nice crust on the grill. Heat grill to medium high heat and lightly oil grates.
  3. Grill flank steak for 4-6 minutes per side for medium rare. Take flank steak off and cover loosely with foil to rest for 10 minutes. Slice steak across the grain in thin slices.
