This was a great recipe. I added some olives and a little extra mozzarella cheese. You really have to watch the cook time or it will burn. Can't wait to make this again!

  • I used mozzarella instead of fontina to save money - it was great!

  • Also, I stirred the cooked chicken into half of the pesto and let it sit for about 20 minutes before I put it on the pizza. Very yummy pizza, and no dry chicken.

Yum. Husband and 3 year old twins loved it. Substituted mushrooms for artichokes.

I made this with leftover smoked chicken and it was so good that we made it again a couple days later.

Is the nutritional value per slice or per pizza? If its per slice, about what size did you factor?

  • We were a bit skeptical at first, having never cooked with pesto or artichoke hearts before, but this turned out really good! We cooked boneless skinless chicken bites in a skillet with olive oil and McCormick montreal chicken seasoning, so the total prep time was about 15 minutes. Still fast, easy and delicious! Thanks

Hi Anonymous! I am glad to hear this was a success for you! To save even more time in the kitchen, you could always use a rotisserie chicken or when you have time to cook chicken at home, make extra and freeze it for quick meals like this.
