I requested that my meal plans be gluten free and yet I still find teriyak sauce in my recipe. teriyaki sauce is not gluten free just to let you know. anybody new to cooking gluten free could accidentally hurt a celiac or gluten intolerant person badly.

This did not have a very Teriyaki flavor. It was rather bland.

@Anonymous, Here's a recipe for Teriyaki sauce that will amp up the flavor of this recipe: Ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce (be sure to buy Gluten Free if you can't handle the gluten in regular soy sauce), 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 5 tablespoons packed brown sugar, 1 -2 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/4 cup cold water Directions: Mix all but cornstarch and 1/4c water in a sauce pan and begin heating. Mix cornstarch and cold water in a cup and dissolve. Add to sauce in pan. Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness. Add water to thin if you over-thick it. Cool completely and then marinate the salmon in the sauce before cooking.

kids loveb it. I am not organized enough to get it going ahead of time. I omit the water and put the fish in a foil pack with the rest of the ingredients. yummy!
