Ingredients

  • 1 (pound) chicken breast tenders
  • 1/2 (cup) grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 (tablespoon) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 (cup) breadcrumbs
  • (to taste) black pepper
  • 1 (teaspoon) seasoning salt
  • 1 (tablespoon) dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 (cup) canola oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except tenders) in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high. Coat each piece of chicken in the coating mix.
  3. Place in pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Definitely good. Easy to by a fresh block of parm cheese. Quick cheep ingredients. All you need is chicken to reproduce this once you have the rest of the ingredients (because the other ingredients last longer than one preparation).

    Really good! I did however dredge chicken with ingredients, then dipped into low fat milk, and dredging again in parmsesan mixture. Very crispy but tender on the inside!

    @Anonymous- If you wanted to bake the chicken tenders, bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
