Wow! The entire family loved these!! They were easy to make and absolutely delicious! I used really thick pork chops (over an inch) so I had to increase the cooking time by a little more than 15 minutes.

This dinner was so good. I used butterfly pork chops and after the cheese melted I broiled it for a few till the cheese started to brown. Would make again.

This was good, however, I seasoned the chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder prior to breading. Also, I used thick chops and they were a little tough, so next time will add more cooking time as suggested by another user.

Delicious. Served it over rice. Next time I may try to make it in the crock pot.
