Easy to prepare and everyone loved it! I used a mesquite ham (which I had on hand) and Pepper Jack Cheese because I wanted a little kick!

thoroughly enjoyed pounding the chicken breasts lol. make sure you don't buy large chicken breasts because it can be hard to make them stay rolled

I layered mine in the crock pot chicken , swiss, ham and poured the sauce on top. Then sprinkled crunchy fried onions ( like what you top a greenbean cass. with). Even my two picky toddlers at it ! and my husbands new favorite recipe !!! Thanks !

Didn't care for it. A bit dry and bland. All the cheese melted out of the chicken. Disappointing.

Just a reminder that all raw meat should be seared before putting it in the crock pot. Otherwise it will dry out. Even the fattiest meats will dry out if not seared on all sides.
