Ingredients
- 1 1/2 (pound) chicken tenders
- 1 (bottle) Italian salad dressing
- 1 (package) long grain and wild rice mix
- Pinch (to taste) black pepper
- Pinch (to taste) seasoning salt
Directions
- Rinse chicken. Pat dry. Cut chicken tenders into 1" pieces and place in resealable plastic bag. Add Italian salad dressing and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Cook chicken in skillet; about 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Meantime, prepare rice as per package directions. Taste chicken and rice and adjust seasoning with seasoning salt and pepper. Serve chicken over rice.
