Ingredients
- 1 (tablespoon) olive oil
- 1 (pound) chicken sausages
- 2 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 2 (tablespoon) mustard
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet. Arrange sausages on one side of the pan, cover and cook 4 minutes. Cut peppers in strips, add to other side of the pan, cook 2 minutes. Cut onion in strips add to peppers, turn sausages. Cook for 6 minutes, or until sausages are charred and cooked through and vegetables are browned and tender.
- To Serve: Place a sausage on each roll and top with peppers and onion, then mustard.
