Ingredients
- 6 (5-6 ounce) chicken thighs
- 3 (tablespoon) lemon juice
- 2 (tablespoon) honey
- 1 (tablespoon) olive oil
- 3 (clove) garlic, minced
- 2 (teaspoon) dried oregano
- Pinch (as needed) salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Season chicken with salt and black pepper. Place the chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Combine the lemon juice, honey, oil, garlic and oregano; pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F and chicken juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices.
