We were out of vinegar so I used bread and butter pickle juice and they were delicious! Make sure you really press the burgers well - they kind of fall apart on the grill!

Love your tip to use the pickle juice, Sarah! Most burgers have some sort of binding agent to help the ground beef stick together. Next time I suggest adding one egg, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, or 1-2 pieces torn sandwich bread soaked in 2-3 tablespoons water or milk to help hold your burgers together.

I used turkey instead and pickle juice instead of vinegar. I also added some bread crumbs to help it stick better. Worked great! Very moist and flavorful.

Really good! But I should've added an egg. Next time I will definitely add one because it was falling apart
