Ingredients
- 1/2 (cup) olive oil
- 2 (tablespoon) Dijon mustard
- 1 (tablespoon) fresh lemon juice
- 1 (tablespoon) chopped garlic
- 1 (tablespoon) chopped fresh parsley
- 2 (pound) medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine the olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a large shallow baking dish. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and gently stir the shrimp to make sure all are coated.
- Bake in 450 degrees F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink, curled, and opaque. Serve immediately.
