Grilled Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/3 (cup) ketchup
  • 1/4 (cup) honey
  • 1/4 (cup) soy sauce (wheat free tamari for gluten free)
  • 2 (clove) garlic, minced
  • 4 (5-6 ounce) boneless pork chops
  • (to taste) salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Lightly oil grill grate. Combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside. Lightly season pork with salt and pepper. Brush each chop with sauce to coat. Grill chops on grill, basting with sauce often, for about 5 minutes on each side or until meat is cooked through. Serve.
