Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 (cup) olive oil
  • 1 (teaspoon) lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 (teaspoon) salt
  • 2 (teaspoon) curry powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for chicken to make sauce. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken in greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Brush chicken with some of the sauce. Bake for 20 minutes, basting once. Turn chicken, bake 15-20 minutes, basting with additional sauce every 10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
