The Better Way To Plan Meals And Save Money
1 (pound) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 (tablespoon) lemon juice
1/2 (cup) olive oil
1/2 (cup) chopped fresh parsley, divided
3 (clove) garlic, minced
1 (cup) bread crumbs
2 (teaspoon) paprika
- Butterfly shrimp but don't cut all the way through. Spread and flatten. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place shrimps in a 9x13 baking dish coated in cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine olive oil, 1/2 of the parsley and garlic in a bowl. Place some of the mixture on each shrimp. Combine breadcrumbs, remaining parsley and paprika and place some on each shrimp.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
