Ingredients
- 1 (pound) ground beef
- 1 (6.0 ounce box) wild rice
- 1 (15.0 ounce can) cream of celery soup
- 1 (cup) swiss cheese, grated
- 1 (small) onion, chopped
- 1 (4.0 ounce can) sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Combine cooked rice, celery soup, grated swiss cheese and mushrooms. Meanwhile, saute the ground beef with onions for 5-6 minutes, until beef is browned and onions are tender. Combine beef with rice mixture. Transfer mixture to a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
