Ingredients
- 1/4 (cup) vegetable oil
- 1 medium onions, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 (pound) skirt steak, sliced across the grain
- 2 (tablespoon) fajita seasoning
- 1 (pound) chicken tenders
- 10 flour tortillas
Directions
- Heat large (iron) skillet until very hot. Add oil then add onions and green peppers; saute for about 20 seconds.
- Add meat. Season to taste with fajitas seasoning and cook until steak is brown and the chicken is cooked through. Serve in flour tortillas with tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole or any other sides.
