Ingredients
- 1/2 (pound) breakfast sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 (8.0 ounce bag) cubed stuffing mix
- 1/2 (teaspoon) poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 (cup) chicken broth
- 1/4 (cup) melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble sausage. Add onion, celery and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally until sausage is brown. In a large bowl, place cubed stuffing. Add sausage mixture. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Pour broth and butter over the mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
