Ingredients
- 4 (1 inch thick) T-bone steak
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 (cup) red wine vinegar
- 1/2 (cup) olive oil
- garlic powder, to taste
- chili powder, to taste
Directions
- Place steak in deep pan or bowl. Add garlic, vinegar, and oil. Generously sprinkle each side with garlic powder and chili powder. Marinate 2 hours turning over once.
- Preheat oven broiler. Cook steaks 2-3 inched from heat source until desired doneness is reached. Allow steaks to rest 5 minutes before serving.
