Ingredients

  • 4 (1/2 pound) rib eye steaks, 1-inch thick
  • 1/2 (cup) soy sauce
  • 1/4 (cup) packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 (cup) pineapple juice
  • 1/4 (cup) vinegar
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) garlic salt

Directions

  1. Place steaks in large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well and pour over steaks. Cover and marinate 1-2 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
  2. Remove steaks from marinade. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, oil grate to prevent sticking. Grill steaks 4-5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. Allow steaks to rest 5 minutes before serving.
