Ingredients

  • 1 (tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 (tablespoon) prepared horseradish
  • 1 (tablespoon) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 (cup) dry bread crumbs, divided
  • 2 (tablespoon) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 4 (4.0 ounce fillet) halibut
  • 2 (tablespoon) unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix together melted butter, dijon mustard, lemon juice and horseradish in a small bowl. Stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Arrange fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Spread bread crumb mixture evenly over fish.
  3. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
