Ingredients
- 1 (tablespoon) Dijon mustard
- 1/2 (tablespoon) prepared horseradish
- 1 (tablespoon) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 (cup) dry bread crumbs, divided
- 2 (tablespoon) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 4 (4.0 ounce fillet) halibut
- 2 (tablespoon) unsalted butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Mix together melted butter, dijon mustard, lemon juice and horseradish in a small bowl. Stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Arrange fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Spread bread crumb mixture evenly over fish.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
