Cooked as instructed but pork chops were dry

Delicious! I dislike pork because it's always so dry, but even though I forgot to cover the Pan the chops came out relatively "moist". I didn't have bbq seasoning so I cut the ketchup with some cheap (terrible) bbq sauce and that worked great!

These were great. I doubled the ingredients for the sauce so the pork would be more moist. We will definitely be having these again!

Could I do these in slow cooker, if so, for how long?

I did not try these in the slow cooker, but if you cook them on the stove double the ingredients for the sauce. It will help keep the pork chops from getting dry
