Ingredients
- 1/4 (cup) butter
- 1 1/2 (cup) heavy cream
- 1 (teaspoon) prepared mustard
- 1 (teaspoon) Cajun seasoning
- (to taste) salt and pepper
- 2 (pound) grouper fillets, cut into 6 ounce portions
- 1 (tablespoon) olive oil
- 1 (whole) lemon, juiced
Directions
- Preheat the oven broiler. Cover a medium baking dish with foil.
- Melt butter with cream in a saucepan over medium heat, and blend in mustard. Cook and stir until thickened. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Place grouper in the prepared baking dish, and rub with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Broil grouper about 4 minutes on each side, until easily flaked with a fork. Spoon the sauce over fish to serve.
