Ingredients

  • 1/4 (cup) butter
  • 1 1/2 (cup) heavy cream
  • 1 (teaspoon) prepared mustard
  • 1 (teaspoon) Cajun seasoning
  • (to taste) salt and pepper
  • 2 (pound) grouper fillets, cut into 6 ounce portions
  • 1 (tablespoon) olive oil
  • 1 (whole) lemon, juiced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven broiler. Cover a medium baking dish with foil.
  2. Melt butter with cream in a saucepan over medium heat, and blend in mustard. Cook and stir until thickened. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  3. Place grouper in the prepared baking dish, and rub with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Broil grouper about 4 minutes on each side, until easily flaked with a fork. Spoon the sauce over fish to serve.
