    ****Cheese burger Pockets*****1/2 lb ground beef OR turkey;
    1 T chopped onion; Salt and Pepper; 1 can (roll?) biscuits (I use buttermilk); Slices of cheese. OK. Cook the meat in skillet (just loose doesn't have to be in patties); while cooking press biscuits flat on cookie sheet and lay 2 biscuits with edges overlapping (will look like wide open oyster shell to clamp down over the meat); put a few spoonfulls of meat with cheese on top in center of biscuit; fold over and clamp the edges all around with a fork to seal; cook at 400 for 10 minutes. (dip in ketchup/mayo mixture!!)

    I have one to add. Taquitos. I bake them in the oven at 400 so they are healthier than fried. i do ground turkey in skillet. Put that and cheese inside a tortilla, roll, bake on cookie sheet. (I've microwaved them so that the tortillas are soft to roll). Bake and dip in sour cream/salsa.

    This isn't a meal per se but the kids always like them. We don't ever throw out old bananas and keep them in a tupperware in the freezer. I just mix banana, yogurt, berries, orange juice. Gets some calories in my skinny guy.

    That sounds sooooooo great. Easy too. Thanks! We make mini pizzas on english muffins. I use the wheat ones. Tomato paste, cheese, pereroni, spinach, stick it in the toaster oven.
