    Please remove me and refund my $15.00. I joined 25 minutes ago and there are not enough recipes that my children will like. I have tried going through the sides and can't find simple things like green beans, corn, etc to add to the meal plans.

    I am agreeing with Charles, I don't see enough foods my family will eat and this just isn't what I thought it was. I don't see any other way to contact a customer support. I would also like my money refunded and and to cancel my subscription.

    I agree, there are not enough choices on this site; plus I have food allergies and need to eat gluten-free, this site really wasn't what I thought it was, please remove me and refund my $15.00

    There are instructions if you spend time looking.

    1.You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account screen provides a simple no questions asked cancellation link.

    Really? Could have fooled me. There is no Account link in the global navigation bar. There is a "Settings" link, with account information there, but with no options to cancel or unsubscribe.

    I am trying to cancel my account as well. There aren't any recipes that my family will eat. I also haven't read very many positive reviews that make me want to try anything new. Please provide proper instructions for cancelling my account.

    I am also finding the unsubscribe impossible to find. It says to go to a discussion and click 'unfollow'. First of all, I didn't go and 'follow' anything, and secondly I am not showing as following any of the topics. Thirdly, there are a lot of topics, so clicking on all of them to see if I am subscribed to them takes a lot of time. I'm not sure if this unsubscribe process is even legal, but at best, it's incredibly unfriendly to the user.

    I am going to call customer service. I am also trying to cancel. There aren't enough recipes to help with my family of five, and also I find it hard to search for other sale items like produce and dry goods. I cannot seem to unsubscribe either.

    i just called and it was pretty easy to cancel and they said they were processing a refund (I just signed up within the last 20 minutes) call 650-200-FOOD. I use e-mealz and we like it... but i thought I would be able to get the same kind of thing from here while taking advantage of my local store's sale prices... but it's not exactly what i expected. try e-mealz, it's awesome

Additionally, we are fixing our support service to better provide tips and instructions, we are fixing our cancellation process to make it clearer and easier to find & use and we are fixing our subscription process to make it clearer when you are subscribing to something, what you are subscribing to and how to unsubscribe.     I taked with customer service the other day and they were very helpful. I intend on staying on with this company as it appears they are trying to accomodate the issues most of us have. As it is a new company, I am certain their will be many improvements ahead. Because their reps were so helpful and willing to work with me, it's worth my time to stay vested.
