Baking with cranberries?

I'm in the mood for something yummy with cranberries, since I have a bunch of them in the freezer. Ideas?

That said, if you're serving them for kids, I would seriously cut down on the quantity of cranberries if you're using fresh ones, unless you know the kids have a taste for tart foods. Me? I love fresh cranberries, so these are fabulous. The pastry is just a bit on the sweeter side, and really light, with just a hint of lemon from the zest, and the cranberries are a beautiful bit of tartness in there. But my kids don't care for them when they have this much cranberry... ;-)

    Cranberry Apple muffins or just cranberries. So good! Just find a basic muffin recipe and your good to go =)
