    Oh, hands down was a combination I had while traveling in the Balkans with my husband years ago. It was a super-thin crust sauced with a white wine reduction, topped with Camembert, Gorgonzola, fresh mozzarella and Gruyere, with chopped walnuts and golden raisins sprinkled lightly on top. (We had it for lunch almost every day for a week!)

    But at home with the kids, we usually just do a light sauce, extra cheese and maybe pepperoni or onion. Easier to keep it simple with them... And even though it reminds me of my college days, I still do like a pineapple/Canadian bacon pie...

    I like it pretty plain, just a little sauce and fresh mozzarella--but with a soft fried egg in the center.
