I buy mostly organic products. I'd be great if they were an option on your site.

How would you like this to appear? For instance, do you want to filter to only show on-sale products that are organic?

Why such a big deal about organic? Isn't home cooked good enough?

I would love to see organic local produce, grass fed beef, free range chicken, and humanely raised pork. These things matter to me, and I find that these products are hard to find.

Anonymous---Organic is a way of living I guess you could say. Organic eating can also help to relieve if not cure things that ail you. Depending on whats your idea of Organic it could be about the best nutrition (NOT organic food does have less nutrition in it). Nope home cooking isnt good enuff. Some people who eat Organic can really taste the difference between Organic and Non Organic. I really dont have the room here but its all about quality, taste, nutrition, ect. Yes FOTT I love this idea to! Organic/Free Range Section.

I buy mostly organic too. this wouldnt be as much of an issue if you had supermarkets like Harry's and whole foods on your list, as their meats are all better than other chains. Organic options for stores like Kroger and Publix would be great as well, as their prices tend to be lower and they are closer to my home.

I'd like to see organic produce and grass fed beef. I don't buy conventional meat.

Me too on the organic and natural. I wouldn't touch some things that were not organic. So, it would be nice to be able to filter them out.

there are not usually a lot of organic meats on sale though (say, Publix) or options - they don't carry roasts, flank steak, turkey etc in their greenwise or other local/organic type meats. So you sort of just know to take your list somewhere else. I would assume that any meat that's on sale would pop up regardless of organic? So if it's not listed you could assume it's not on sale? (Or produce, etc)

  • Me too. I'm still using the trial version - if there's no option to view organic, then the app has limited use for me.

I would love to see organic options, as well. For functionality, I'd like to be able to opt organic meat, or veggies, or fruit, as opposed to all, if possible. I don't buy everything organic, I try to stick with the "dirty dozen" and dairy myself.

I am hoping with more and more requests about this (an organic option under normal stores, e.g. Kroger, Walmart, that it may become a reality. We have a Kroger across the street from a Whole Foods, and they have a huge selection. I guess I'm more looking for an organized option for dinner than for the sales ... probably not the best use, but I don't see any other options out there.

I also agree with the organic. I also don't use prepackaged food so I don't care if they are on sale I won't buy.

Also would prefer an organic option.

  • Ditto organic. I use an organic delivery service, along with a local organic farm store, and only supplement from the grocery store. Honestly, I couldn't care less about the sales functionality. I want recipes (that I don't have to import from elsewhere), a menu planner (that allows me to include breakfast, lunch and snacks and is broken up by days of the week), and a shopping list that pulls from the recipes and planner - regardless of the store I take it to.

  • organic would be a good option. Also what about including Trader Joes grocery store.

I ONLY buy organic when it comes to meats and produce at the grocery store and mostly organic otherwise also. I would love to see the organic sales for these products especially and be directed to that.

Hi Wanda. You have tried calling 1-650-200-FOOD (3663) and emailing support@foodonthetable.com? I will notify someone from customer support that you need some help, however we are a very small company and it may take a little time for them to get back to you. But I assure you that you will receive a response back. But since you did not ask a direct question here, maybe I can help you. What are you needing assistance with?
