Is this how I cancel my subscription?

I subscribed to this because I was under the impression that it would make my meal planning less time consuming. I'm a college student with a very tight budget and not a lot of time. I can't use this site. I don't see meal suggestions based on preferences....I see a lot of recipes that I could have found anywhere else for free. I'm not insulting the site I just hope I didn't pay $15 for something I won't use.

    Kachina, I can see that you entered some food preferences into your profile settings, but I can't tell whether you actually tried to start a meal plan or were just browsing through recipes. When you create a meal plan, you'll be prompted to indicate what you feel like cooking that week, and to choose whether you want to use your own recipes or see our recommendations. If you choose to use our recipes, your recommendations would definitely be based on the protein(s) you indicated you feel like using. Please feel free to post any questions you might have, and I'd really suggest that you give at least one meal plan a try before you give up, because Food on the Table can definitely save you both to me and money. But of course, if you still want to cancel, I'll be happy to take care of that for you.

    I need to cancel my membership and I have emailed the support@foodonthetable.com twice and have not heard back from anyone. This is very frustrating.

    I have not received a confirmation telling me my account has been cancelled. I was quick to receive the log-in information and billing information. I think everyone should contact the Better Business Assoc. in your area and if they post this warn others this site is not what they claim it to be. I'm sorry I took a chance on it before reading the postings. I will never do that again.
