    Me either - and I haven't been able to for at least the last 3 weeks. Worked great the first time I ran it, but seems stuck since then. No new meals, though for the first time today, I was able to see the new store ads. I can't remove any of the done meals that we didn't like either.

    Shelly and Rachel, I will have technical support look at your account but in the mean time can you please try clearing your cookies and restarting your browser? Or even trying the website in another internet browser, such as Firefox?

    I have been having the same problem. I already use Firefox and I cleaned out the cookies and history, but I still can't create new meal plans. When I click on new meal plan it sends me to a screen that says, "We can't figure out what you want."

    Did everything advised - I use Chrome. Now I appear to have 2 accounts and everything I had done is gone.

    Maybe this program is just too advanced for my older system.

    I cant get it to follow my meijers circular for the week ending 3/31/2012....when i go to print it says shopping list ending 3/11/2012..how do i fix this? i would like to know when the sale items happen for this week!

    @Anonymous, I'm sorry your list isn't looking correct for you, but it's actually just an issue with the dates on the header reading incorrectly. Your sales information is absolutely current, and we're working on resolving the date glitch. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience!
