How can I rate a recipe?

I see that others have rated them but there is no option for me to click on the stars and rate them myself.

    @Daniel, when you begin to to plan your new meal plan you will be prompted to rate last weeks recipes.

    I want to be able to rate a recipe any time I make one! Why don't you make this a valid feature!!?

    @Stacy- We have made significant changes to our site over the past few weeks; all ultimately to improve the over all ease and functionality of the site. Right now to rate recipes, as Chef Leslie said, please click on 'Clear Meal Plan'. From there, you can rate recipes that you selected the week prior. As we make these changes and improve the website and phone app, we hope to make the feature to rate recipes a more prominent feature.
