looking for a recipie for spinach artichoke dip that isnt so fattening

i dont know if this is even possible, but hey, i figured someone out there might have an idea..love this dip, hate the fact that its so high cal and i dont know how to make it anyway...

use cream cheese instead of mayonnaise. Mayo weirds me out sometimes so I like this substitution.

Tawny, I uploaded a recipe for a lighter version of spinach artichoke dip that I have made several times and no one can tell that is 'lighter' because it tastes that good!
