    – Cottage cheese with almonds
    – Peanut butter with celery or a few slices of apple
    – Low-fat cheese with nuts
    – Slice of low-sodium deli meat and low-fat cheese
    – Tuna salad and veggies

    -Avocado/yoghurt dip with cumin, dip in veggies. - pour low sugar yogurt in a bowl (I like boston cream pie) and freeze. Tastes like gelato. - SOUP it will fill you up. - gazpacho with tomato, basil, onion, cucumber, mango, lemon juice. - Whole pickle. This cures my desire to nosh.

    Kroger sells a carb master yogurt too that is really yummy.

    I do the "instead diet". I grab light popcorn instead of chips. one piece of wheat toast with peanut butter instead of banana bread or cake. English muffin half toasted with cheddar cheese and a few thin sliced apples on top (or with pasta sauce) Instead of pizza. EASY!!!!! Tastie!!!!
