Beef Stroganoff meat choices?

I was just looking at a Beef Stroganoff recipe and wondered what everyone's favorite meat to use for this dish is? My old supermarket used a nice cut of beef for their 'stir-fry' packages, and I found that to be a great cheat. I tried it with my new place, though,and the definitely use a leaner, tougher cut, so I won't be doing that again.

    Kendra, I usually just check with the butcher to see what they recommend on that particular day. And I usually put the meat into the freezer for a little bit before I'm going to cut it, so I can get those nice, thin slices...

    My kids are more about the sauce, not the meat, so a lot of times I'll just use ground beef or turkey.
