If by dump, you mean dumping in cans of stuff or something easy, I like Chicken Pot Pie:
-pillsbury pie crust (come in packs of two)
-Stir together: can of cream of chicken; can of veg-al veggies; can of chicken or 2 cut up pre-cooked chicken breast (chicken needs to be precooked because its going in oven just long enough to get mixture hot and brown the crust)
    - Dump all of this in the pie crust, place the other pie crust on top and make a few slices for venting.
    - bake on lower shelf for 30 min at 300 (warms the mixture) then turn it up to 325 for the last 10 minutes (browns the crust).

    Easy and Excellent!

Baking with dry pasta is easy. take 2 cans of cream of mushroom/chicken soup and mix half with dry macaroni. Put this in bottom of casserole dish. Lay 4 chicken breasts on top and pour remaining soup on top. Finally sprinkle 1 pack of dry onion soup mix on top. Cover with foil. yum.

You can do the same thing with marinara instead of soup. Add raw veggies to it too.

Alot of the recipes on here look difficult. I haven't gone through all of them but more easy recipes would be good.

I think most of the recipes on here are very easy, granted don't have kids pulling at me.

I do most of the cooking around my place. I found easy one that I use as a heathy sweet option we call 5 cup salad.

    1 cup marshmallows
    1 cup crushed pecan
    1 cup pineapple chunk
    1 cup halfed marishino cherries
1 cup low fat sour cream

dump it all in and stir. by the next day the cherries have turned it pink and my daughter likes it better

For easy I look for the recipes on here that are Under 25 Minutes. Best I've found:

*Taco Soup with ground beef - many ladies have customized
*Chicken a la King - I used can green pepper/chilis from Mexican food aisle
    *Elbows and Ground Beef
    *Smothered chicken breasts - yum.

Microwave Chicken and Dressing. This is easy and tasty.
    - package stove top stuffing - chicken breasts - can cream of celery soup.

That is all. Make the stuffing per box and spread in bottom of square baking dish. Put chicken on top and cover with soup, ground pepper and wax paper. Microwave for 20 minutes. I made a salad with goat cheese and dry cranberry to complement.

I adapted this from a recipe on here. I can also vouch for the taco soup recipe.

These are helpful :-) And I thought the cubed beef was pretty easy. For the smothered chicken I used low fat bacon and halfed the brown sugar, used applesauce for the other half. WE LOVED IT.

Place 3 or 4 chicken breasts in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, cayenne. Mix can cream of mushroom and can or cream of chicken soup together. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    I found this:
    Dump Chicken
We call it "DUMP-CHICKEN" because you DUMP the mix into a 1-gallon freezer baggie with the chicken and freeze it. Then when you want to eat it, you thaw overnight in the fridge, DUMP it into your crockpot, the next morning and you're good to go.

All the recipes can be made with 1- 1.5 pounds of chicken of your choice. Boneless skinless breasts-or bone-in chicken can be used. Prep it all when you get home from the grocery store, put it in the freezer, and you have several (or many) meals ready to go in the crockpot! Dump the contents of the bag in your crockpot and cook on low for approximately 6 to 8 hours.

    Dump Barbeque Chicken
    3/4 cup Ketchup
    3/4 cup Blackberry Jam
    1/8 cup White Vinegar
    1 Teaspoon Worcestershire
    2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
    1/8 Teaspoon Salt
    NOTE:
Strawberry, peach, and apricot also work well

    Dump Chili-Maple glazed chicken
    2 Tablespoons Water
    1 Teaspoon Salt
    1 1/2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
    1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

    Dump Orange-ginger chicken
    1/4 cup Orange Marmalade
    1 Tablespoon Honey-Mustard
    3/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
    1/8 Teaspoon Red Pepper

    Dump Cranberry chicken
    2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
    1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
    1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
    1/4 cup Orange Juice
    1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon

I have one easy contribution. There is a recipe on food on the table called "turkey and bean burritos." I just made it and it was so very easy. I added avocado and fresh cilantro.

Easy crockpot recipe, we call it "Beef Tips"
“dump” a can of cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and cream of celery into your crock pot give a little stir then add a round steak (doesn't matter if it is bottom or top, about a pound is good to feed a family of four) I like to cover the steak with the soup. Cook on low all day (I put in before I go to work in the morning and it is ready when I get home) then shred with a fork and serve over rice or egg noodles with a vegi or salad on the side. Both my kids love this one and one of them is a really picky eater.

I tried the Pan Poached Salmon Piccatta. I already purchase the individually wrapped salmon at Sam's Club so I put two in the fridge to thaw the night before. It was done in less than 20 minutes. The only change I made was to add diced artichoke hearts. It was really good. Hubby at the leftovers for breakfast.

Mmm, the artichoke hearts/salmon combination sounds great! (And I'm glad to see we're not the only ones who sometimes eat leftovers for breakfast!) ;-)

  • Try Sausage Posole. You brown sausage and dump in the rest. Even the seasoning measures are just a guideline. If you like chili even a little, you will love this. We like chili okay but this is a HUGE hit at our house. It is so easy when you need a crockpot meal and little to no prep time.
