This fall, we asked a few Food on the Tablers to test out KitchenAid’s brand new hand blender. From soups to pudding to iced coffee, our reviewers tried daring new concoctions. Thank you KitchenAid! Thank you reviewers! Here are their honest insights and photos:
I decide to use my new KitchenAid Hand Blender to puree the Loaded Baked Potato Soup I made for dinner. I know KitchenAid has been around for a long time and is a leading product but I didn’t expect the Hand Blender to be so sturdy and durable. I think that if there were a place to attach a drill bit, it would hold its own against any drill in my hubby’s tool box. Anyway, just a few easy touches of the side button and my pureeing was complete. It is very easy to use! I love it! Thank you so much! -Jacqueline Griffin
I received the KitchenAid Hand Blender. It came with a large 3 cup container with lid, and has 2 speeds. I am absolutely loving it! I have used it to make pudding- it whipped it and made it nice and thick in a matter of seconds! I have used it to make my favorite mock-Frappe (several times)! It mixed it well and made it nice and frothy. I’m looking forward to making many more recipes with it.

As soon as I received my KitchenAid Hand Blender, I took everything out of the box just to admire how nice it looks in person. The hand blender has a nice weight and I love the color! I tried a simple recipe first, for a Pureed Butternut Squash Soup from Martha Stewart. Once the squash and onions were cooked and ready, I grabbed my hand blender and go to work. This was the first time I had ever used a hand blender in my life! It’s very simple to use. I especially love the handle, it’s so easy to grip. After only about five minutes, everything was blended and so smooth and the soup tasted great! Thanks so much Food on the Table and KitchenAid for a great blender. Can’t wait to use it again! -Erica Best
